  1. Great. really enjoyed it and hopefully will book again.

    Positive: Location good, quiet at night. Flat was light and airy and well supplied. Beds were comfortable. Shower good with hot water. Very convenient to shops, cafes and bars. Very patient re keys! Responded to texts very quickly. Negative: Perhaps the file with all the handbooks for the equipment could have been more visible. Perhaps our fault as we didn't look under all the info re Honfleur as we have been there many times before! Only found it the day we left.

I am happy to learn that you found that your stay went well overall, the cleanliness was of an excellent standard and the location, cleanliness, comfort 10/10, too bad your text is a bit in the "looking for detail to criticize" However, I am sorry to learn of your concerns regarding the kitchen. Your safety is our top priority and we confirm here that this is simply a standard electrical multiple socket, as ordinary and secure as possible, why didn't you ask us, it's so simple?? No one has ever complained about it until now and that is why our readers will be able to see our many laudatory comments. The covered and very appreciated parking space is of normal size. as in the photos, obviously, for Malaysian people with driving in general or having a grso 4x4, perhaps it would have been necessary to ask beforehand? Likewise, we will examine the problem with the frying pan and ensure its replacement with a new one. the house rules are gentle and logical, I don't understand... there is an arrival time and a departure time. a regulation to be respected like everywhere, too bad this is also a subject for you...definitely.     Positive: The location is superb, close to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Negative: Access instructions need to be clearer. There are two manuals in the apartment and we were not sure which one had the correct Wi-Fi codes. If the owners would like us to write instructions for English visitors then we would be happy to do that.

  29. A fabulous apartment in an great location!

    Positive: The apartment was extremely comfortable and the location was so convenient. Its always a great help to have private ,secure parking. It was easy to pick up the food essentials we needed and the information in the apartment visitor file for local shops and restaurants was very helpful. We could walk easily to local places of interest and the good selection of restaurants. We had a fabulous few days stay and can't wait to return! Negative: We did need to phone to clarify key pick up - but Remi the concierge was extremely helpful. We could suggest adding a suitable 'bread knife" and butter knives to the cutlery draw!

  35. ruim appartement, goed gelegen bij een supermarkt maar 's nachts erg veel lawaai.

    Positive: Ruime woonkamer en goed ingerichte keuken. Nette slaapkamers en proper linnen en handdoeken Negative: De beloofde afgesloten parking was helemaal niet afgesloten, poort werkte niet ook al hadden we een afstandsbediening, onze auto bleef dus onbeschermd gedurende de hele week. Het douchegordijn was ronduit smerig en de douche liep over bij langer gebruik dan 2 minuten. In de benedengang was een aanhoudende hoge pieptoon te horen. Elke nacht werden we wakker van vuilnisophaalwagens , soms ook lawaaimakende jongeren. Geen enkele nacht deugddoende rust gehad.

    Positive: ausgezeichnete Lage, nettes Appartement Negative: Wegbeschreibung katastrophal, liegt auch an Booking.com; dort drei Adressen gefunden. Haustürcode funktionierte nicht, es musste erst jemand kommen, um das Problem zu lösen. (Da wir nur kurz da waren, war das nicht gerade glücklich)

Die Ankunft ist sehr klar über ein autonomes Ankunftsprotokoll und sehr geschätzt von allen für die Klarheit der Informationen, die von der Reservierung in Ihrem Fall gesendet wurden, Leider haben Sie die Reservierung für Ihre Eltern vorgenommen, so dass es normal ist, dass Sie diese Informationen an ihrer Stelle erhalten haben, aber Sie haben weder ihre E-Mail-Adresse mitgeteilt noch daran gedacht, diese Anweisungen an sie weiterzugeben. Wir haben uns tatsächlich schnell und freundlich zu Ihnen begeben, um Ihnen zu helfen. Es gibt zwei Adressen, denn der Parkplatz befindet sich hinter dem Hauptgebäude, 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, auch hier ist es sehr detailliert, aber wir mussten es trotzdem lesen ... Das ist sehr einfach für alle :) wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen

    Honfleur is a bustling and popular city well worth a visit. The apartment's location is ideal, just outside the busy area yet conveniently close to the center. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering ample space and easy elevator access. The modern kitchen is large and fully equipped. Despite our short three-day stay, we noticed it had everything one would need even for a longer visit. Rémi, the manager, maintains the apartment with exceptional professionalism. Everything was well-organized, impeccably clean, and we were provided with more than enough towels. The documentation and instructions were clear, contributing to a perfect experience.

Equipée et amenagée personellement, moderne et top avec un téléviseur géant. Negative: L'accès se fait uniquement par ascenseur. Il n'y a pas d'escalier, mais c'est avec balcon. Les portes extérieures s'ouvrent seulement par code.
