La Conciergerie Rémi Griffoul presents "Passocéan 5," a charming and bright 3-star duplex of 80 m², perfect for enjoying a lovely break in Honfleur for up to 6 people!

Passocéan is an iconic building in Honfleur! The pharmacy owned by the parents of the famous writer and humorist Alphonse Allais was located here. His seasickness remedy was its flagship product, and you can still see the advertisement on the building’s facade.
Inspired by a private mansion, this rental combines comfort and independence. Let yourself be carried away by its refined old-world charm.

Located on the 3rd floor, it offers a bright and open view of the city. Please note, there are stairs to access the apartment, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Spacious entrance, 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180x200), 1 shower room with toilet. Air conditioning.
Level N+1: Cosy TV lounge and dining table for gathering together! (air conditioning)
Modern fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine). 1 sleeping area above with 2 twin beds, 1 shower room with toilet.
Level N+2: Small staircase leads up to 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, closed by a curtain.

Quality bedding and furniture, careful decor, you will love the retro chic atmosphere this gem offers!

Pets are accepted on request and internet is included.

Late arrival possible with a secure key lockbox.

We take care of everything! Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, shampoo and shower gel available, essentials and basic groceries to start your stay (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, sponge, trash bag), end-of-stay cleaning included.
Tourist information, local tips, and advice will be shared with you at arrival.

The Naturospace parking becomes paid:

✔ Lower section: hourly rate

Other recommended nearby public parking lots are also paid:
✔ Sainte-Catherine parking: hourly rate
✔ L'Est parking: daily rate of 8 €

These public parking lots cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability upon arrival.

We also offer, depending on availability, private parking options for rent. These spaces must be reserved in advance and depend on your vehicle’s size.

Born in Honfleur and knowing almost every street, I will be happy to introduce you to the Sainte Catherine neighborhood, a favorite for travelers visiting Honfleur!
Thanks to this great location, you can enjoy a car-free stay: the port, restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and parks are all within walking distance.

Getting around

10 minutes on foot from Honfleur bus station.
20 minutes by car from Deauville train station.
