The property extends over approximately 1 hectare of beautifully maintained grounds, with large lawns, mature trees and plenty of space to enjoy the surrounding nature.

A charming stream runs alongside the property, adding to the unique character of the setting. The sound of flowing water, the greenery and the generous outdoor space create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a true countryside escape.

The house elegantly combines the charm of traditional Normandy architecture with tasteful contemporary interiors.

Inside, the rooms are bright and welcoming. Exposed beams highlight the character of the property, while natural tones, carefully selected furniture and modern amenities provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property consists of two houses: the house you will be staying in and a second house located within the same grounds.

The second house will not be occupied during your stay. You will therefore have private use of the entire garden and outdoor areas.

The grounds are perfect for enjoying breakfast outside, reading in the sunshine, relaxing on the lawn or simply appreciating the peace of the Normandy countryside.

🌊 THE STREAM

A charming natural stream runs alongside the grounds and contributes greatly to the peaceful atmosphere and character of the property.

⚠️ Please note that the stream is not fenced.

Children must therefore remain under the constant supervision and responsibility of an adult when enjoying the garden, particularly when close to the stream.
